Balance statement report

This report allows you to view the taxpayer's balance and transactions associated with this before any given date.

Accessing the report

To access the balance statement report, navigate to the taxpayer you want to see the report for and then select Reports > Balance statement.

By default, you will see the statement of the account for all time. Use the date filter to change the dates you are seeing within the report.

Reading the report

The report will show an entry each for all transactions that have affected the taxpayer balance for the chosen period.

A running balance can be seen on the right-hand side of the page to show the balance at any specific date.


Use Cases

All Tax Traders reports can be exported to excel to utilise in your own reporting.

These can then be used when completing month-end reporting, reconciliation and balance movements during the year.
