The firmwide access functionality means:
- "My taxpayers" only lists your clients and you’ll only receive notifications relevant to you
- If someone is away, you can easily access information on their taxpayers by going into the "All taxpayer view"
- Any new taxpayers added can be visibile and available to everyone (helpful for when colleagues are away).
Firmwide access is only available to Tax Traders Advantage firms.
All taxpayers
All taxpayers shows the list of all taxpayers at your firm, specifically ones associated with users that share the same domain name.
This means that if a new taxpayer is added by other staff, these will automatically be available to all staff under the "All taxpayer" view.
Your global balance report and upcoming payments reports reflect these taxpayers.
If you have some taxpayers that you do not want to be made available to all staff and set to private, please email team@taxtraders.co.nz
My taxpayers
Under the "My taxpayer" view, this shows the specific list of taxpayers you are following and receive notifications for.
From the "All taxpayers" view, you can add taxpayers to your My Taxpayers list – see screen shots below.
