Confirm a quote

This article summarises how to confirm a saved quote, in order to make it an active arrangement.

How do I confirm a quote?

If a quote has been saved, you are able to access this again by visiting 'Saved quotes' header in the portal.

You can then access the relevant quote by clicking on it. This will bring up the quote that was made. 

This can now be submitted as required, which means it will become an active arrangement.

Once submitted, an arrangement will be able to be seen on the front page of the portal in the 'Transaction history' widget.

A summary of the transaction will also be sent to notification recipients on the account.

Please note: Our pricing system is live, meaning a quote will expire if left past the original payment date that was set, or if left for multiple days without action. If this is the case, the pricing of the quote will automatically update when you enter back into it, before it is confirmed.

What happens if a quote is no longer needed?

Simply click the trashcan icon on the right-hand side of the table to remove a quote.
