How to refresh your IRD connection

  1. Login to your Taxlab account at www.taxlab.co.nz
  2. Under the main menu, go to Settings > Connections > Inland Revenue

  3. On the right hand side of the row titled "IRD Application Gateway", click on the gear icon to go to the settings.

  4. Select "Reauthenticate" and then click the confirm button

  5. You will then be prompted to login with your myIR credentials (note: this needs to be done by a user with manager or admin access in MyIR).

Once you've logged in, the re-authorisation is complete and you’re done!
