Transaction status overview

As transactions move through Tax Traders' system, they will include a 'status' to detail how far through the process they are.

Below is a summary of our statuses and their definitions.

Upcoming

The due date for the transaction is coming up.

Complete

The transaction processing is completed. Depending on the original settings of the order and the type of order, the result of this status differs:

Deposit

Completed

Means that a deposit has been received, processing has been completed, and the funds are now available in the pool.

Transfer

Completed

Means that funds have been transferred out of the pool and processing has been confirmed as completed by IR.

Swap

Completed

Means that a swap order has been processed in full and the resultant funds are either held in the pool at the requested swap-to date, or have been transferred out to IR and processing is completed with IR.

Purchase

Completed

Means that a purchase order has been processed in full and the resultant funds are either held in the pool at the requested tax date(s) purchased or the funds have been transferred out to IR and processing is confirmed as completed by IR.

TT processing

All transactions which are being processed by Tax Traders, including where we have received a payment or where transfers or swaps are scheduled for processing.

IR processing

Funds detailed have been transferred out to IR and are pending processing or are being processed. This status will remain until we receive confirmation from IR processing has been successfully completed (NB. This may come to us several weeks after the processing has been completed by IR.)

Due soon

The due date for the buy transaction is getting close and will need to be paid, including the principal amount.

Principal due

The due date for the interest upfront transaction is getting close and will need to be paid.

Expired

An interest upfront payment arrangement which has reached maturity and has either not been settled or where an extension has been applied for a further period.

Overdue

Payment has fallen due and is yet to be received, either in whole or in part. The outstanding amount will be reflected on the summary line and within the transaction details summary.

Interest paid

Interest upfront payment options where the interest payment has been received and we are applying this to their purchase.

Current

Interest upfront payment options where the interest payment has been received and processing is completed. The status will remain as current until the due date for the core tax payment approaches.
