What to do if you've paid to the wrong bank account
Since Tax Traders has two main bank accounts, one for purchased funds and one for deposits, we know that mistakes can happen and you may pay accidentally into the wrong account.
If you do happen to pay into the wrong account, please contact our support team at 0800 829 872 or through team@taxtraders.co.nz. We will do our best to assist you when this is possible or offer an alternative solution.
